Poor service and complaint remains the same even servicing several times

I delivered a bike from 'SREE SAKTHI BAJAJ', erode. from the third day i delivered my bike, am registering a complaint to the service manager about the front break issue. They get the vehile serviced and every time i am forced to face the same complaint after three days from service delivery. even after paying for every service, my coplaint is never healed even after two years. and due to this problem twice i was about to fall. evry time the machanic comes and takes back the bike and returns it unfinished. So, kindly let you forward this to the concerned official and take necessary action. reg no: tn33 ae4402.
