I purchased a NOKIA N72 phone somewhere in aprilwithin amonth ofpurchaseit started giving troubles. The phone was getting continueously hanged, Iwent and reported to Nokia care, it was replaced once by Nokia care at Fonix mill compound, Mumbai after several repairing efforts. the replacement allso started giving same trouble I had to go to the Nokia care office three to four times as after repairing it was failing again within a week. Ihave spent enough on this .. I want to replace with some other model. Tired of repairing efforts and wasting time, money and herrasment. do i have to approach CUSTOMER FORUM for this? Please reply for further course of actions
