Dear Sir,
I bought an exide tubular battery in August for my inverter. Within a couple of days I realized that the battery is not charging my inverter properly. I complained it to the dealer, but the dealer was reluctant to accept my views. I told him that there is nothing to believe, he could see it by himself. After repeated persuasion, I was able to send the battery back to the dealer.
The battery was with the dealer (or with the company, I don’t know) for nearly 4-5 months and in December I got my battery back. It was only a couple of days again when I realized that nothing had been done with the battery and it was not working properly. It has been 3 months now, but I am really fed up with all these, completely exhausted.
Please suggest me what can be done.
