I bought a ladies pullover last winter and found it to be crumpled this season, Even ironing is not helping it. After much effort it was being exchanged only to find out that during the sale period, i will have to pay the price on the MRP minus the cost of my pullover and no discount will be offered as is applicable on the sale product. Now, there is no complaint section on the benetton website or some consumer redressal forum.
