I have ordered a small item (nose trimmer-planet india) worth rs 279 from rediff.com, it was defected and rediff customer people asked me to return back the item to planet india... which i did, after that i never got a mail from rediff, nor get my replaced item... and also rediff people also didn't refund my money... this was the second time happened to me and many times to my other friends as well... better not to shop from rediff they are complete fraud and there is no contact no where u can speak to anybody... no address nothing of that sort. Stay away from rediff!
