I have transferred my mobile no 9404237413 from BSNL to Airtel under MNP scheme. i have deposited my form at Airtel customer shop at Chandani Chowk area near NDA. The form and documents were checked by the airtel agent present there. after thorough checking the form deposited, sim issued and after three days sim was activated. from last five days all services to the no is stopped even cal to customer care saying documents deposited are not correct.no prior information was given for the same. 04 rounds to the customer cell at chandani chowk area and they only promise that by evening it would be activated. but no thing happened so far. can only say a airtel is a pathetic company and i did a grave mistake to join them.
