This is with reference to our landline no. allotted to us. In this regard we would like to say that we have applied connection in the name of Ishika Foods Pvt Ltd at H.No. 2088, Sector- 4, opp. HUDA Gymkhana Club, Gurgaon by giving account payee cheque in your favour to sales officer Mr. Vikas Bairwa (9818809546) which he processed for the connection and no allotted as well to us but due to some mistake at our side cheque returned from bank unpaid reason being difference in signing image which we came to know on last Saturday 15-05 at 09.30pm by contacting customer care for the discontinue of the services………
In this regard we would like to say that this is our fault and we apologize first for the same and we rectified the same immediately by paying on-line through our credit card amounting Rs. 1750 only. We would like to dictate a little story as experience faced during the period till date…..
Sir if a company is distributing connections on the good faith of the customers then customers also too have to be equally responsible for the same we know and as a good customer we can’t deny because we are too doing business in market but yes! You can say status is much low as yours will……………….Hence ethics of business is same my dear …. We will pay for your services and you will provide services and thus to be called business…………
We want to say that we have given those cheque has returned due to difference in signing image but we paid immediately by credit card after we got the status but it is also a duty of company to inform customers or they should have some measures about to inform customers that there services are going to be blocked in the next coming day or hours or any type of ultimatum hence this is your internal strategy and as a customer we have right to give suggestions.
A LITTLE STORY ABOUT US FACED DURING…………………
Sir, this is very shameful to brief about your customer care who attends the call at 18001030121.
My personal experience start when I called to know the status of payment which I paid through credit card on Saturday 15-05 at 11pm in night which they respond no payment received by us till yet. Then on very next day i.e. on Sunday I again confirmed on above said nos. they replied they received the payment and your connection will be activated on 17-05 till 1.30pm sharp (as min. time of 4working hours required). I again called for requesting if possible kindly activate currently as IP TV connections also got locked but at that time they replied we are not in receipt of any kind of payment. Mind two faces and two statements when both are using same system and working under one roof.
I waited for Monday and called again in hope that connection will be active after following the team. But they replied your request is under process and mail has marked by us which is a part of procedure and waited for the target time and in vain. I requested again on customer care and argued over the matter then they told no payment has received by us…..this is ridiculous that a phone caller is not receiving proper answer from opposite side and they all are making fool of others. At last I approached MR. VIKAS, sales officer for the said problem, he replied he is in a meeting and need 2 hours to get the status clear …….. I have no more option and I waited till 5pm, he didn’t made a call and when I called him he disconnected the connection two or three times and finally he replied he can’t do anything more and he replied to have talk with his senior Mr. ASHWINI (9810991837) and disconnected the phone in ill-mannered way and behaved rudely…….that is a team of AIRTEL such a big group touching sky and this type of attitude, shame full to us…. And at that time we thought we are much better as we are…………..
Now I called to Mr. ASHWINI (9810991837) who listens the whole story and said he will reply after half an hour definitely and till yet he didn’t make any call and when I am calling he is not picking my phone Such a great senior persons they are and you have in your group family, this is very much shame for us to be known as how we treated in last 2-3 days…………………….
At last we would like to say that till this date and time our services are not activated and no senior officers has approached us over our problems and one more thing we wish to surrender the connection as we need not require any harassment and any problems with us and when we have paid the whole amount. Kindly guide for the surrender formalities……………………
