I won Windows 7 (Professional) worth Rs 12, 000 at Bid20.com. But to my surprise i received a watch worth Rs 1500. I sent an email to the company complaining about this. They replied that it was delivered wrongly and promised to send me Windows 7 soon. But to my dismay even after 2 months the company has not kept up its promise. What is shocking is that this Bid20 site does not have a phone number and the only means of communication is by email. What should i do now? How can i get my product that i won? How can i sue this Bid20 site and create awareness among the public? Kindly help me please.
