I have been gifted with a couple of vouchers from my company. They are issued to me on the 16th of May as per the date on the Voucher.
However I have received them only by the end of the Month.
I have tried to redeem the same on the 27th of Nov, the agent says that they are expired as the date has already passed 6 months. Unaware of the whole procedure I have kept the vouchers since a long time.
They are 4 Vouchers each worth 500.00, which amounts to a good sum. Request you to help me out with the situation so that I can utilize the same.
