Blackberry Service Centre in Bangalore have people who have 0 interest in customer service. I have handed them over my blackberry torch which is within varranty and the call receive (top button) had come out (almost). They came back to me after 2 days saying there it cannot be repaired under varranty and are claiming fake stories for why it can't be repaired. This is a 5 month old product and they claim to have found liquid inside the phone. This is absolutely incorrect, and to top it all, the manager Vinod does not bother listening to what the customer has to say, and while I speak he keeps the phone aside and attends to other calls and comes back on line after a while and pretends to be listening. When I ask him to show some professionalism and listen to the customer, he say "I m like this, bad at customer service. you are good, go talk to anyone you want" - this makes me feel that I am dealing with some rowdy who has no sense of talking politely. I have spent 35 thousand on the phone and cannot expect Blackberry to wash their hands off. This phone was replaced 5 months back for faulty key board and this is the second incident wher the button is not working and Blackberry just does not want to own it up.
