Samsung Air Condition
Bad servise

We have bought two ACs in jan From Boss Enterprise (having dealership of samsung for jamnagar-gujarat-India).

Till date they not sent anybody for servise of AC. Since last one month AC is not giving any cooling and our business is also suffering because of that.

We have given number of complaints to the local dealer (MR Sanjay Manek 9109427209666) but he is not replying at all.

Now onwarda he is giving very worst reply as he cant do anything and do whatever you wants to do. According to him we can direct complain to higher authority of samsung.

We have bared lots of mental harassment, in this hot summer...

We want replacement of these two ACs as they are not at all working...
