I HAD REGISTERED ON THE 2ND OF MAY WITH THE BLUE STAR INSTALLATION SERVICE FOR MY WINDOW AC, I PURCHASED ON THE SAME DAY. THE MODEL NO. IS 3WAE181YB AND THE COMPLAINT NO. IS 205201113533. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM SINCE 2nd AND THESE GUYS HAVE JUST BEEN TRYING TO PASS TIME BY SAYING WE'LL CALL BACK WITH A CONFERENCE CALL WITH THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT SOON. BUT THE CALL NEVER HAPPENED. AND WHENEVER I HAVE CALLED UP AGAIN THEY HAVE BEEN TELLING ME THE SAME. ITS GOING TO BE 48 HOURS AND STILL MY AC IS LYING IN ITS BOX.
A VERY VERY POOR JOB AND CLUELESS CALL CENTRE GUYS HAVE MADE THE PURCHASE MEANINGLESS.
