I have purchased Samsung refrigerator RT29BDPSI, model number 05974ZAZ600717H on dated 12/09/10 from M/S Navrang Audio Vedio (P) Limited, D 10, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi, 110092 for Rs. 16500. This is to mention here that the main door of the refrigerator is not aligned properly since beginning and there is more gap towards left side. We have checked other refrigerators and found that are having same gap from right to left. Due to this refrigerator has a problem in cooling for the things kept in door. We have called customer care many a times and few times the person has visited also but the problem still persists. Secondly, the engineer do not want to listen our problem, instead he try to just convince us that the product is OK. Now what to do with cooling which is not good et al. We do feel that there is a problem in the product as even engineer is not able to correct it.
