Hello sir, i purchased sansui tv in 2009. now i have some problem in my tv like power on. many time i registered my complain in custmer care but no one come here for service. i also called shop dealer but the same condition. would u tell me is this my mistake i purchased sansui television. if u r able to handle ur staff so plz solve my problem.
