Sir/ Madam,
I am Mr. Atanu Dasgupta, from Asansol, West Bengal. Before one and half year i bought one treadmill Model BSA Axlegold from BSA Authorized Out late "Sudha" At Asansol West Bengal. After that, till now not a single person come to visit for servicing even if i complaint for any problem they told, our representative will get back to you, but there is no answer. I have given complain that the foot mat cuts from the joint and it become horrible heated when in running condition and the speed sows in the miter is false, whether the machine in 3 to 4 Kph it shows 6 or 7 Kph. As per the representative version the mat will be provided by the company as there is a dispute in joint. I am telling you about the conversation four to five months before, still there is no response. please told me what should i do right now.
