Non availability of mobile charge

I am having spice m 9000 projector mobile. my mobile charger cable got

unserviceable .i m searching for cable from last one month but not able to get itfrom market nor from service center.i went to service center thrice but cable is not available in market because of which i am not able to use my handset and also its warranty period getting over with time and practically i am not using my mobile.so kindly register my complaint and do something in the matter either make availability of charger or return my money and takeback your mobile.i m from pathankot punja
