Non Delivery of urgent package

Sir, I booked an urgent document on 8th Dec thru speed post, consignment no. EN680579145IN, but the document is not delivered to the Adressee, till 11th DEc. Then what's the use of such purpose. It contained urgent Mutual fund applications, due to which I will loose so much money and goodwill of my clients. Who is going to compensate that.
