HCL/ Notebook K19
Very BAD service support

I am a HCL notebook user, my laptop is in warranty, Yesterday my laptop become dead so i made a call to ur Customer care support no.(66604332). they told me that they are not able to support me, pls.contact to that person from where you purchase it (in bad manner).

Please told me is this my fault that i am a proud user of HCL notebook.(but now i will never suggest any one to have HCL)
