Problems in newly purchased bicycle

Dear Sir/ Madam

I have purchased one new bicycle from one of your dealer M/S Dasmesh Cycle Store, Near Punjab National Bank, Main Road Vikas Nagar, Vikas Nagar, Dehradun, Uttrakhand. The details of the product are:

Cycle Hero Trax Image-26, YXG112048.

After five days of purchasing problem start with this product. Firstly one paddle had cracked, & similarly second paddle also cracked on next day. Then its chain & mudguard (rear tyre) brocken. Rear tyre rim also bent.

Then at last we returnned back this cycle to the same dealer.

Kindly look into the matter & request you to replace the product
