Hardware problem

I bought a dell streak phone from delhi in may... now m at nagpur.. it has problem with sound.. no sound in calls.. cant talk therefore. i at DEll Service center, nagpur contacted the person and asked for replacement of handset due to this hardware problem. but i dont get proper response. i cant use the phone at all and facing acute problem.
