I had also bought a Eicher Set 45 KVA from Faridabad. (Veen Industries). VEENA INDUSTRIES LTD C-13 Sector -4 Noida. The generator worked for about 2 days and broke down. I made several contacts with the company but NO USE. I talked right upto the regional manager (north India). Every time I was given assurances but no service. The company has not NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsover. NEVER BUY EICHER GENERATOR SET. Its a complete rip off company!!!
