I had purchased a electrolux microwave on 21st march this year. It worked alright for 2 months but after that it went out of order. Its been sitting idol for almost 2months now and the neither the customer care nor the dealers are responding to our complains. We have already called customer care three times, out of which only the first time they had responded but the person they send told us it was the switch boards problem. We had it checked and there was no electrical problems at all. The microwave is still out of order and the company is not taking any precautions to either change or repair the microwave. They even speak rudely when we call. Please help us out.
