We had purchased 2 detox air purifiers from Eureka Forbes on May 20 - both the machines were delivered to us on 21st May and after delivery we kept calling their office for next 20 days but nobody came to instal them, everyday they kep saying coming today but never turned up, Finally on June 13th the salesman (who had sold the machine) came to install & when he unpacked the machine & installed one of them the fan started making noise, he said there was a loose wire which can be seen from the top & can be corrected by the technician. Finally after 2 days of frantic calls the technician turned up on 15th June & said it was major problem of the armature of the machine. I asked the sales boy Pradeep to replace the machine as it was new machine opened by him & that it was no point for me to get it serviced from the very first day it was opened. But Eureka Forbes nobody seems to be taking care of anything at all. New machine is lying with me & no response from Eureka...
I want my machine replaced with perfect machine or my amount refunded immediately. I can imagine the problems i will face in future with Eureka Forbes if ever i have to call them for servicing. The worst ever company EUREKA FORBES
