I have called up eureka forbes customer center @ 39883333 on 26th July (request number is 83269225) submitting the compaint for repair of the acquaguard m/c and since then there has been no response - no visit for repair, no call back for a feedback.
This equipment is under AMC with m/s Pioneer Service, Rohini Delhi (ph no. 27043673) who were contacted on 25th July for the above, also with no action upto now.
Besides assurances nothing has happened. We are purchasing bottled water all these days - who shall compensate this cost???
Euroke forbes is just busy collecting money in the name of AMC and keep thier customers at their mercy - very very very unfaithfull!!!
For any of my next pruchase decision for such a water purifier system, I will have to absolutely reconsider my choice for this brand, and forget about a reference.
Rather than spending money on advertisments and promotions, you should actualy first spend to improve your internal system other wise - I hope the senior managers of this company will be reading this.
