Dear Sir,
My name is Rahul Nimbalkar, working with Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, living at Pune. I have purchased Infinity named water purifier on 26/06. My customer ID is 1007171926.
On the very second day after installation of the machine, it was found that machine is leak. I have immediately conacted Mr. Mahendra Choudhary, Sales executive (9689938690) and Mr. Bodle (9422300372). they both send the technician and assured me that, there is a very little problem and it will not be happened in future. I trusted these guys, but on today (17/11), same leakage problem was found in machine.
I have contacted Mr. Choudhary, he had not replied to my calls. I have contaced Mr. Bodle. Now Mr. Bodle is agree that there is problem in my machine.
I request you to look into the matter and arrange to issue me new machine.
Mr. Choudhary and Mr. Bodle had replied very arrogantly.
