Eureka forbes vacuum cleaner(dry wet)
Nonsupply of invoice, nonreply to call for demonstration

I had rung up 30580842 and requested for a demo of vacuum cleaner around 7.4.2010. Demo was done by some representative who delivered V.C (dry wet) type for around Rs 10000/-. After the delivery the same person (read Pramesh parihar-09818321449) has neither issued Invoice nor he is attending to our call for demo or otherwise. whom should I approach for redressal.please advise.
