As I know as per Govt. rule polythene is ban to use in DELHI, but where I stay in CHATTARPUT, New Delhi.

Near Dena bank. All the shop shopkeeper using a polythene bag.

I want to bring this point in your notice, so you can take some action on that and save environment.
