I have bring few facts regarding M/s Max India Co. Ltd, regarding following:
That sir, I had purchased the Induction Cooker from the aforesaid company on 28.10.2008 by giving an amount of Rs. 3850/-, in which some kitchen utensils were also given to me. Sir, first time I have seen problem in the same and approached to the company on 5.2.2009 and accordingly they have replaced the same. Thereafter this practice started continue and from then I have every time given due to some fault on 20.8. 12.1. 12.7.2010 and 7.3.2011 at last time. Last time, I have again given the said product to the company, they have charged Rs. 622/- towards repair charges.
Sir, I am facing this problem for the last two and half years continue almost. Now I donot want to keep this product continue, if I have to face such problem because of company in future too. What can be done in this regard, please suggest me because, the some kitchen utensils are not in good condition, if I have to return the product to the company. If, as per your suggestion, I have to keep continue the said product with me, then which type of assurance I should expect from the company through your office. Or should I claim for any type of compensation by returning the product in the present condition to the company. If so then how much? Sir, sometime company replaced this part other time another part some time some thing else. In this regard, I have to request to your good office that sir please you don’t suggest me that company is doing is work/service well by giving /replacing product in running condition whether they have whatever changed.
SIR I HAVE ALL PAPERS RELATED TO PURCHASING/REPLACING ITS PARTS ETC. ARE AVAILABLE . SUGGEST ME THAT WHAT I SHOULD DO? SIR IF MY PROBLEM IS GENUINE, THEN REGISTER THE CASE AGAINST THIS COMPANY AND INFORM ME TOO OTHERWISE SUGGEST ME WHAT IS RIGHT.
