I have purchased a slimline Almirah from Godrej interio Local showroom in Bhopal city in the month of March. Since 10th Jan.2011. I have launched a complaint about the lock of the Almirah. The local godrej showroom sent their man but he had no lock for replacement. Since then i rang to the local office many a times, but nothing was done from their side to solve my problem. What is the use of a Godrej almirah without a lock? i am greatly disappointed, i had a high opinion of Godrej company. I paid 20000 for the Almirah.and it is of no use. What should i do?
