Dear Sir,
I refer to our earlier above letters, you will find that i am facing a lot of regular problem in this handset, model-E 90 from the day i have bought. In these two years the handset gone to your service centre so many times & also once it replaced as it is not repairable.
From the beginning the major problem with this handset is that the incoming E-Mails are not deleted. Earlier the handset given to your service centre for this problem so many times but still the same problem is there.
So once again i am giving you the handset for proper repair / replacement. Hope this time the complaint will be taken seriously & you will give a permanent solution (Proper repair / Replacement) of this problem.
