Non adressal of complaint.poor help line and poor service

My pureit is 2months, i have tested the pureit water and found to having presence of bacteria. I sought help line to address my issue and a set of bunch of non responsive executives are functioning there. they did not properly understand the query. The local service centre domlur (bangalore) personal came and took the chemical analysis report and never turned back. IT IS APATHETIC ON THE SERVICE SECTOR OF THE COMPANY@THE SENIOR OFFICERS HAVE CLOSED THEIR EYES ON THE SERVICE FRONT.GOD SAVE THE COMPANY.the no of complaints is a testimony of the product..
