The local service centre domlur (bangalore) personal came and took the chemical analysis report and never turned back. IT IS APATHETIC ON THE SERVICE SECTOR OF THE COMPANY@THE SENIOR OFFICERS HAVE CLOSED THEIR EYES ON THE SERVICE FRONT.GOD SAVE THE COMPANY.the no of complaints is a testimony of the product..
