Frequently water fall after changing new battery

Dear sir/ madam,

i am using Hindustan Unilever water purifier- model- purit compact, after installing new battery kit of Rs. 350.00, frequently water falls from battery indicator, battery installed on dt 13.09. two times complaint given on customer care service, purit executive came & attended call, but still problem not resolved,

pl. do the needful at the earliest & i would be appreciate if this complaint attending as early as possible as we are valuable customer of Hindustan Unilever co.
