Product not working even After Replacement

I Purchased Kids Educational 22 activity Desktop with Mouse Against Order No-704431092 Dt.10.07.2010. Through HomeShop18 I Received Product at 14.07.10. First of all I Read the Manual. According to Manual Product require 3 re Battery. I Putted 3 re Battery and Try to On the Product with Key Board On/Off Button. But it was not start. I used wall clock Battery.

As per Discuss with customer care i send it to Given Address through TNT Courier docket no-DO42333146WW and confirm to customer care. I received a R.Q no from customer care 5667004 dt.23.07.10.
