FYI to Homeshop 18

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased the mobile (Fujizone Model No. X-2) handsets from HOMESHOP18, Approx Order No. 900048607 before 45 days and after in few day's my mobile handset display cracked by me and i was courier my mobile/handset dated on 03/09 through Maruti Courier (Fast Track Service: Courier No: 83858) to NAKAMICHI TECHNO P.LTD which is authorised service station in Saidulajab, Westend Marg New Delhi 110030 India. After 4 day's i received the call from NAKAMICHI TECHNO P.LTD office Tel. No. 011-46150676 and officer/engineer was Mr. Sonu Tiwari/Mishra and he told me that we received your mobile handset and it is damaged in the screen and TFT so you have to of Rs.1, 500/-(In words: One Thousand Five Hundred only) in Account of: RATAN KAPUR, A/c No.:017101004752, Bank Name: ICICI Bank Ltd. Branch: SAKET NEW DELHI., these payment type SMS i received from 919015653483 from Way2sms dated on 07/09, time 11:13:07 AM. And at the very next day, i paid of Rs.1, 500/- in the same above A/c. And Mr. Sonu given the Job No./Service No. 4796 for my Cell inquiry.

Still i am not received any call/confirmation from Nakamichi Techno P.ltd which i paid the Rs.1500/- into them A/c and status of my handset.. Still i am not received my cell.

I had called to Homeshop18 for support and they provided me a service number and replied to me that we will call you after 3 days, but still i am received any phone from Homeshop18 last 10 days. Can someone help on this please?
