Had visited Home Town, Rajarhat yesterday with having a modular Kitchen for my Home in mind.
The executive at the desk informed that they are charging INR 1000 for site visit and for 3 drawings.
I asked them if hey will give me all the 3 drawings. The reply was no and I would have to visit them again to see all the 3 drawings.
I offerd them taxi fare to and fro for site visit and I will come back to see the drawings. They refused.
I asked if I am not getting the soft copies of the drawings why should I pay INR 1000.
Also I have to pay 50% in advance and the balance 50% before delivery.
What if the measurements of what they have readied and taken 100% payment for turns out to be wrong.
Who in India pays for 100% without physically seeing anything for what they have paid.
