Dear Sir,

I am a regular customer of HP fuel pump at Ayathil, Kollam, Kerala (in the

Kollam Bypass road). I am not getting the facility of air checking /filling my car and bike. Most of the time they excuses as the machine is having complaint.

I could understand that it was masquerading. In certain cases, if the customer annoys, then they will check the air of the vehicle. As an esteemed customer for the pump, now I am thinking of shifting to another pump which provides more care to the customer.
