This is to bring you in notice that your management at main service centre in lajpat nagar, delhi is worst, irresponsible, careless, mannerless and all what to say.infact old service centre that was in the basement in lajpat nagar was superb never had the complaint with the management or with the given service earlier.but this new staff is botherless no sentiments about their customers, being rude with the customers which is not at all expected from NOKIA the brand on which the people trust.that to all this happening in Delhi the major city. The management can make company's name and can even spoil company's name that is what nokia people in delhi doing.maximum people are now scared from submitting their handset for service..one day people ll be scared from purchasing nokia handset as one year warranty ll be of no use.
Few days back i submitted my nokia handset at nokia care centre lajpat nagar, delhi.while submitting the handset i was been told that by evening we'll call you at the given number and let you know whats the problem and how much time it ll take so that i can make a move for my home town meerut.but i dint get any call and when i tried to contact the service centre on the number printed on the job sheet to know the status of my handset no one bothered to pick up the call and answer.after two days i went to the centre to know the status i was told that it will take time as i had to leave for meerut i asked for any contact number so that i can know about my handset i was given with one number and said not to call on it just message on it and we'll get back to you.so, i went to the home meerut and after 3 days messaged on the umber to know the status atleast to know what went wrong with my handset but noone messaged or call..after few days they picked up the call and behaved badly.this thing went on for 25 days and then i went to delhi to pick up my handset i received it in such a bad condition but still noone cared to answer or listen.
Being the holder of an expensive handset this not at all accepted from the service centre staff not to even attend the customer to tell what went wrong with his handset, when he can take, and such a harsh tone.i think first they should be taught how to how to deal with the customers and what are they?
