AFTER 3 YEARS IDEA PEOPLE SAY ADDRESS VARIFICATION NEGATIVE

I had purchase a idea sim card before 2008 & today on23rd april idea customer care people are saying that my address varification was faliure and now my sim card is deactivate.

from last 3 years my card was not varified.
