My name is Neetal Bhatt and my Idea mobile number is 9844068186. I've faced frustration and mental pain in the past and now facing business losses and having to suffer from embarrassment due to the pathetic service provided my Idea Cellular.
It is become a favorite time pass for this company to stop my outgoing calls without any reason every 3months.
I have submitted my documents in Idea outlets not once or twice but thrice in the past 4 months. Every time they deactivate my services without prior information and then don't respond to my calls and after making me wait for hours all that they ask me is to resubmit the documents.
Today at about 8.00 pm when I called customer care, an executive named Dhanvil Malik firstly says his computer in not working and very stupidly asks me to call back after an hour. Later on asking him to transfer call to someone else if his system not working puts me on hold for 5mins and gets back himself, don't really know how his system started working, and then after explaining about my problem says wait for 12hours. Now shocking is here my calls are bared am suffering business loss due to this and all this for the mistake of Idea. Moreover the executive does not even connects me to the manager saying he's busy wait for 4hours. Now this is the most disgusting service I have faced and suffered hell lots due to this.
I have the proof of my past complaints through email regarding the same problem.
Hence I request you to please help me take some severe action against this company because they really don't seem to understand the way the company hampers others businesses due to their negligence.
Really feel this company should be thought a lesson.
