Complaint of sony audio - model MHC-RV50 Sr. No. 501491.
3-4 years back i purchased sony audio system from your authorized dealer, suyog distributors here in solapur (maharashtra, india).
after 2years satisfactory working, malfunctioning of electronics system caused us to avoid using audio system.
after that, today only the unit is repaired by your service dealer prachi electronics, solapur.
the repair including parts charged by prachi electronics is rs.3500/-.
i want to ask you that after warranty period, are you not responsible, for failure of parts which may be a major responsible part of the audio system?
optical device costing rs.2228/- & 31 switches are failed within 2 years of use. may be those doesn't cover warranty period.
you should agree that such major parts must have long life & should not fail on it's own. if so you are responsible for the same.
this must affect credibility of sony brand isn't it?
your service dealer here is not much interested in such opinion of the costumer & loss to the costmer.
