Absolutedly No after sales service.
No grievance cell from Indias leading newspaper company, who is reporting complains of other companies.
I have sent in lots of mails to them to their operationshead@indiatimes email also. But there is absolutely no response. I have called them on their contact number, but after long try, the customer service person said i will be called. This happened before 1 month but still no response.
Buyers are being cheated by them.
When the product is faulty, their agreement says it will be taken back. But how to reach them is GOD only KNOWS next to the company people.
Their Readers are taken for Granted and Cheated by this company. Some one should tell them what is the meaning of practising Customer Friendliness, when they are reporting a lot of complaints against other companies in their news paper.

The pen drive does not copy files from computer.
Kindly issue me a replacement along with Software installation CD or please refund my money. (I will return the pen drive to the courier)
