HARDWARE PROBLEM

WHEN I USED TO START THE LAPTOP SUDDENLY IT SHOWED A BLUE SCREEN WITH THE MESSAGE OF EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN.THEN I CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT.AS PER THEIR INSTRUCTION I HAVE TRIED TO FORMAT THE OS.BUT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED.THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL REPLACE THE MOTHERBOARD AND MEMORY.BUT I WANT A TOTAL REPLACEMENT OF THE SYSTEM, AS IT IS ONLY 3 MONTHS THAT I HAVE PURCHASED THE LAPTOP.
