Non accepting booking on telephone No.1260

Sir,

I am Rtd Dy. Traffic Manager of Kandla Port Trust, Gujarat Settled in Chengannur, Kerala. After settling Kerala I am facing lot of difficulty in getting refilled cylenders in time even though I am having two. Never they will give two filled in cylenders. We have to wait 45 to 65 days after booking. Now they have changed to Electronic booking by dialing 1260.

Due to delayed supply of filled in cylenders my two gas cylenders were empty by 21.01.10. I tried to get some help by contacting 1260 and agent on telephone. But got one filled in cylender only on 03.02.10. Even though I tried to book the other cylender on 05.02.10 the electonic booking at tel.no 1260 is not accepting my booking. I contacted the agency PARUVELIL GAS SERVICES at CHENGANNUR, Alapuzha district on telephone for assistance, But they have shown their helplessness. My consummer No.is. 25211. I am a registers consummer from 1984. and I have not faced such problems of shortage in Gujarat. I tried to contact on tel. no 155233 and 1800-2333-555 and 0484 2310859., but got no response. So lodging this grevance for redressal early.

Kindly arrage to get the next Gas cylender booked early to avoid hardship to me and my family. Regards.
