Poor Service and Not Responding on phone

Sir/ Madam

I Beg to say that i have booked gas cylinder refill on 12/04 on web and 14/04/10 on phone. But still i have not received gas cylinder. This gas agency does not deliver the cylinder on time for many time.

Please look in to this matter. It is very very urgent.
