Kenstar air cooler slim line
Water pumping systtem not functioning

I purchased Kenstar air cooler from the shop R B Zone Naya sadak at ujjain on 24.05.20110.Phone number of R B zone-07342560022). its water pump is not working from the begning and I informed in the customer care centre many times but no use nobody came to solve the problem. I would like to express my bad impression on this prodect.
