Defected apna mattress

Before 10 months from S.P. Furnishing Mehrauli New Delhi, I bought a mattress (kur-lon apna mattress no.03231) but now it break and it has Guarantee of about 1 year and now they refuse to change it, so please you take an immediate action for my this problem.
