Safty shoe pair sole is brocken within two months

Poor quality of product and Local Retailer not response.

Dear Sir,

I purchased a pair of shafty shoes size 07 on March from M/s. Raja Shoes, near Axis Bank ATM, Opp ONGC office, visat cross road, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad. Within less than Two month of purchase, sole of my shoes has been reemoved. I contacted the above mentioned showroom but they refused to change my shoes and they told me there is not given warranty from warrier company. Then i throw my shoes in his show rooms. Their service and behaviour was really poor

I doubt if this pair of shoes is of brand liberty. Please replace the purchased shoes by me. If it is not done i will never believe in your company and never purchase shoes produced by liberty shoe company and I will have to register a complaint in consumer court.
