Sir,

I have been using Mobile phones from 1999, and only ever use NOKIA mobile handsets.

I purchased the newly launched, highly marketed Nokia Lumia 710 brand new handset from M/s CONCEPTS INC., # 9 CMH Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore 560038, vide Invoice No. CI/5708, Time 18:05:12, dated 26/02.The Handset IMEI: 359300042642642372.

It began giving me trouble within a few days of purchase, from 29/02, as my handset could not make any outgoing calls. On 01/03, I returned to M/s CONCEPTS INC, and they advised me to take the handset to the closest authorised Nokia Care Service Centre, which was M/s Accurate Care, # 514/A, 80 Feet Road, Opp. ICICI Bank, Next to NOKIA Store, Indiranagar, Bangalore 560038. I went to this Service Centre immediately, and was issued a Service Token # 21, Time 11:42 AM, and was directed to the Staff at Counter #3. The Staff informed me that there was a problem as I informed them, and they needed to reload my handset's software, which was done. The handset worked till 03/03, when the same problem occurred again. I then took it once more to M/s Accurate Care, and once more the handset needed attention to make outgoing calls. I was given Token # N1, on 03/03, Time 10:15:28. The problem was rectified once again.

Yesterday, 07/03, @12 Noon, again I could not make outgoing calls from my Handset. I then went to the Service Centre and met the Manager, Mr. Mahindra (Mobile # 91 9880001050). I was given Token # N27, Time 17:05:10. The Manager tried the handset and found that the outgoing calls problem seemed to have rectified itself. But he advised me to buy myself a fresh SIM which might have been a reason for the erratic functions of my

high-end Lumia 710. This morning, imagine my shock, when I found that not only was my LUMIA 710 not working at all, but I could not even switch on the handset. I went once more to the Service Centre and handed the handset in to them. I was given a Service Job Sheet No.5248, dated 08/03, from Nokia Care, M/s Accurate Care. The service Centre informed me that they would be sending my Lumia 710 to their main Service Centre to identify the many problems with my newly purchased high end, much publicised Nokia Lumia 710.

I am a very sad customer, as this was my first expensive handset, and it should happen to be a defective piece. Please could you replace this handset, and give me a new one, as I cannot see it working well at all.
