I had purchased micromax Q5 fb having IMEI numbers 910040056756021 and 910040057261021. which had problem with its headset point and submitted to micromax authorised service centre on 12/01. service centre executive told that it requires maximum 45 days. but still I havent got the mobile back. This is mental harassment from the service centre. there should be time limit for the mobile service centre for the repair of product.
