NON SUPPLY of COMPLETE MATERIAL

I have purchased a CAR SCRATCH REMOVER with DENT REMOVER from a given adv.by NAAPTOL in a newspaper. It was my surprise to see that the kit was given without any manual / instructions. The quality look of the product was also THIRD CLASS . I have requested a lot & send emails to the company, but no reply properly. Without manual the KIT is useless. It seems that the company is doing the business of CHEATING & FRAUD only by doing the attractive advertisements in Newspapers. BEWARE OF THEM & do not go for PURCAHING THE SAME, IF YOU ARE DOING to do so,
